Family/Children Pinterest Inspiration Board

Today I will be talking about your Family photo session! Woot Woot! I have started compiling a bunch of pictures to a Pinterest board. They are there to inspire you!  Locations, Etc. To help you decide what you do and do not like. Express it to me! These are your pictures. I want you to proudly display them in your home. Like big. Like really big. Heck, just make wallpaper out of them. Kidding. Am I though? 😉

So, do you want a big field filled with lavender with a house not in site? K, cuz seriously so do I . If you know of one PLEASE let me know. 🙂 But for real, country look, more urban look, in your home on your bed. Maybe at the beach. Maybe you would feel more comfortable doing something. Let’s go bowling! Mini golf anyone? Do you have something you would like to use in your session. Are you bikers? Let’s include that bike! Some awesome VW van? YES PLEASE! Do you own some cool exotic animal? Yes, let’s do it. If you are feeling lame because you don’t have any of these. Yeah, me too. Me too.

I would like to take a minute to discuss something. I express myself through pictures- not words. To those punctuation and writing snobs out there: I’m sorry. I try to be gooder and gooder. Ha. Seriously though. I am not a writer, I am a photographer. I am sorry if it’s painful to read. Like a teacher correcting a research paper. I just get excited and half of the time I don’t even re-read it and click PUBLISH. My brain would rather remember things like shutter speeds, ISOs, meter readings and such. Not : NEVER BEGIN a sentence with a coordinating conjunction (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so). These are connectors found WITHIN a sentence and they join two equal parts of the sentence (N + N, Clause + Clause).  To begin a sentence with a word that has the same meaning, use a TRANSITION WORD.  Print out and refer to the chart of conjunctions and transition words when you write your essays. (This info did not come out of my head. I googled that shiz. For more basic writing rules, click here).

So back to your session. If you want to get wild and crazy and step out of the box, let’s do it! I’m your gal. If you just need some nice classic, posed family pictures, guess what? I, too, am your gal! All I am getting at is this, if you want or don’t want something specific let me know. Use these pictures to help inspire you!
